Way to Go, Teams!

I am very proud to announce that the Senior Girls’, Boys’ and Junior Girls’ A volleyball teams have all qualified for provincials!
. . .The Junior Girls’ A volleyball team will be heading to Richmond this weekend to compete in the junior girls’ volleyball provincial championship. The Senior Girls volleyball team will be playing in Prince George at the NSC and CNC gyms next weekend and Senior Boys volleyball team will be playing in Kelowna next weekend too.
Never before have we had 3 volleyball teams in one season qualify to go to provincials. It is a huge feat, not just for us, but for any school. Special congratulations go out to all the athletes, coaches, sponsors, and team parents for all their hard work this past season.
Several of our other teams are concluding their successful seasons this weekend with District Finals. The Grade 8 Girls will be at College Heights, the Junior Boys at PGSS, and the Junior Girls B team will be playing at Duchess Park.
